What can I do with Kidsoft?
We are using a cloud based app called ’Kidsoft’. With ’Kidsoft’ you can book in casual days or report absences for your child straight from your phone or computer in just a few taps via Kidsoft's own iParentPortal!
Kidsoft app is part of the iParentPortal, a platform which helps everyone involved to manage the children’s care needs. With the kidsoft app you can:
Book in casual days for your child straight from your phone
Amend existing bookings
Notify Fieldsend ELC that your child will be ‘absent’ in advance for a permanent session
View transactions, account balances and manage your payments
Access your child’s documentation
How do I log in?
You will receive a welcome email from your childcare centre where you will be prompted to create a password and to complete your registration within the iParentPortal.
Once you have validated your account, you will be able download the FREE kidsoft app ready to book!

When you have installed the app, please click on the kidsoft icon on your phone. Your login details are the same as the ones you created for your iParentPortal. Once logged into your account you can start to use all available features of your kidsoft app.
